Are you VOX'in?

 

April see’s the return of VOX and a question you can't miss in the audio industry around this time of year... 'Are you VOX'in?'

VOX is the annual conference where Voiceovers and Producers actually get to meet!

With the wonders of modern technology, namely ISDN, as a Producer you could go forever without meeting a voice you work with on an almost daily basis. VOX is a great opportunity for the Audio Production industry to come together and talk about new technology, learn new skills and meet those people that you simply wouldn’t get the chance to anywhere else.

 

This’ll be my fifth year at VOX as LBS pass the baton to a new team consisting of Gina Mellotte, Posy Brewer and Mark Manchester  all Voiceover Pro’s in their own right. They’ve taken it upon themselves to organise this year’s shenanigans with discussions, seminars and exhibitions all in the mix on the day, and in the evening, three course dinner and entertainment.

Something I’m particularly looking forward to are talks from former Chief Executive of GMG Radio and all round radio legend John Myers, Chris Kent, a recent BAFTA New Media Judge and television advertising producer, Phil Brice.

So if you’re a Voiceover or a Producer and someone asks you if you're 'VOX'in' say 'Yes!' and get yourself up, down or across to the East Midlands this April 20th at the Radisson Blu Hotel. right by the Airport, for the most fun you’ll have outside your studio this year.
