The 1975 have scored a number one album with their debut release.
The Manchester band's self-titled LP entered last weekend's chart in pole position, knocking Avenged Sevenfold's Hail to the King down to eight.
Speaking ahead of Bestival, after strong midweek sales, the foursome said "It's untouched ground, so we never expected or anticipated this response. It's difficult to take it all in and have it feel real.
"We departed our former lives in December and have been on tour. Everything has been growing and growing.
"It's like an ongoing holiday romance. You know when you have a holiday romance and then come home? It's then with that hindsight and retrospect that you appreciate what it was and you understand it.
"We don't have that time for reflection; to remove ourselves and go, 'Right, look what happened'. So we're constantly in this romantic pursuit of bettering ourselves."
We've been banging on about these guys for months now, and the album really doesn't disappoint, one of the choice tracks in our view is 'Settle Down' we'll leave you with that (from Live Zane Lowe) enjoy!
