First up on the Imagesound Sessions with Caffe Nero, Corey Fox-Fardell who performed two tracks for us ahead of his Caffe Nero Tour which starts in November the first of which was a cover of John Martyn's 'Couldn't Love You More'.
After studying music for two years at The Brit School, Corey is now embarking on his solo career. Over the last two years or so, Corey has been gigging his original music in and around the South East. Venues include - Barfly - Camden, The Bedford - Balham, The Grey Lady - Tunbridge Wells, The Borderline and Soho Flea Market - (CITYSHOWCASE). Recently a songwriting trip to Nashville, Tennessee, introduced Corey to co-writing which is something he'd love to pursue. One of his songs 'You Cannot Say' from his new EP 'The Fox and Its Prey' (Now available on iTunes) has recently been published by SONY ATV. Corey writes and produces all of his music, drawing on many influences, including artists such as Ben Howard, Jose Gonzalez, Bon Iver, Pat Metheny and John Martyn to name a few. With many exciting gigs lined up for the rest of the coming year and 2014, Corey Fox-Fardell is one to watch out for.
