We are currently looking to recruit a further Project Manager to work within our Project Management team.
Role Purpose
Through a combination of site visits, information relayed by the sales team/designers and the reading of plans the successful candidate will be able to accurately specify equipment to meet the client’s requirements. Any contracts awarded to the company where there is a need for ongoing project management will require management from the point the order is placed through to completion of the works. This may include attendance at site meetings and overseeing the installation, commissioning, programming and hardware training where applicable. On occasion there will also be the need to attend meetings with various 3rd parties as the sole representative of the company and its products. There will also be the need to produce documents to comply with the client’s requirements, CDM regulation, H&S documentation and auditing on site.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:-
· Ability to understand and interpret drawings.
· Ability to specify sound system requirements from information provided by various sources.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Confident in dealing with clients/designers and engineers.
· Autocad knowledge to a level that enables highly detailed technical drawings to be generated.
· Understanding of H&S legislation, risk assessment production and also able to undertake H&S audits on site
· Programming knowledge and experience of Bose Sound Processors and TOA Auto Sensing Systems
· Knowledge and experience of specifying Audio Visual systems in terms of installation, distribution and control.
· Basic IT networking/AV system knowledge would also be an advantage.
