Imagesound Sessions - Johnny Lucas

Another Session we recorded whilst at Cornbury last weekend was with one man band Johnny Lucas. Johnny writes and performs fresh, anthemic songs and was a perfect way to open the Caffe Nero Imagesound stage this year.

Using multiple loop pedals, several different guitars and the odd bit of beat boxing for good measure Johnny kicked off the festival in style. 

Johnny's latest single 'Lilo' is rapidly gathering him even more momentum as it was played by Tom Robinson on BBC Radio 6 and picked up a flattering review in the Independent.

We expect to see a lot more of Johnny in the coming years, if you get chance you should definitely see him at his best, live.
