09:15  Request for a full PA system installation received. Usually no problem, it’s what we do.  So far so good....’I know it’s a long shot but what are the chances of having it installed today?’

10:57 Our engineer sets off on a journey into the unknown with no address, no drawings, no site size. We love a challenge!

11:30 Address details received, good job really  as there’s no U Turns on the  M1. We’re en route.

14:00- 16:00  In the words of Julius Cesar...’Veni, Vidi, Vici’ (‘I came, I saw, I conquered’) which is exactly what Darren Hume our engineer did!

And that’s why our Operations Department is like the secret service. They make the ‘music’ happen when you need it most, but will often go unnoticed working behind the scenes.  

With such a reliable and strong team behind us , we’re confident that no challenge is too big. And as our clients would vouch, our engineers seem to be this magic force which comes unnoticed and leaves without a speck of dust behind them.
