only look after some of our much loved clients but has good commercial acumen
and a strong desire to grow new and existing business. We’re a creative agency in Derbyshire and thanks to rapid
growth we’re looking for an outstanding individual to join our account management
team. We’d love to hear from enthusiastic and ambitious
professionals who excel at what they do. Externally, you will be responsible for developing long-term
relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers. Internally, you will
liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the
timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer objectives, brand guidelines and our highest standards
- Communicate clearly the progress of small and large projects internally and externally
- Identify growth opportunities within existing and new business
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in executing client-focused projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Some creative writing experience would be of benefit but not essential
