Last week we journeyed down to Shoreditch to record a couple of tracks with Tenterhook, this was on the recommendation of one of our YouTube subscribers after we tweeted asking who people would like to see, how's that for YouTube Channel service?
Tenterhook aka Archie Faulks, is a London based singer songwriter who is about to embark on a headline Tour at the following venues:
10th Feb - London, Waiting Room (SOLD OUT)
11th Feb - London, Waiting Room
17th Feb - Manchester, The Castle
18th Feb - Brighton, The Green Door Store
20th Feb - Bristol, The Louisianna
Just after Christmas, one of the tracks he played for us, 'London Heart' was the 57th most Shazamed track in the UK, which is pretty amazing when you consider the time of year. It's also featured on the TV show 'Made In Chelsea'.
Archie's ability to blend a melancholic sound with an infectious melody make him a talent to look out for in 2015. His self titled EP is available now and he played us two tracks from it.
